Step 1: Find the size of your chest
- Place the measuring tape around your back, above your chest and under your armpits.
- Check the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight along your back as well as under your chest.
- The measuring tape should be comfortable around your body (not tight, nor should it have a margin).
- If you are between two numbers, round up or down to the nearest number (eg 83 -> 85). This will be the size of your chest (eg 70, 85 etc.).
Step 2: Find the size of your breasts
Measure your diameter with the tape measure at the most "full" part of your chest.
Step 3: Find the final number
- Subtract the measurement of the size of the chest from the measurement of your chest.
Namely: Chest number - Chest number = Final Cup number
- Use this number of the difference you found (final number) to find the size of your Cup.
- Refer to the diagram below to find the size of the Cup based on the final number from the difference.
Example:
Chest number = 74cm, Chest number = 86cm
Then -> 86 - 74 = 12cm
Your Cup number is A. And your bra number 75A .
