Shipping by courier
www.dardana.gr brings your order with a courier service, wherever you are in Greece for a fee of €3.50 (includes VAT 24%) for orders up to €89. For orders over €89 shipping is FREE.

The cash on delivery
Cash on delivery orders are subject to an additional charge of €1.50 (includes 24% VAT).
2. Returns / Changes / Cancellations
Withdraw / Return
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. In the event that the reason for your return concerns an error on the part of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with its packaging and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. Return will only be accepted via shipping with a shipping company (Courier) and only upon company approval.
In the event of a return of the products and accordingly, on the one hand, with the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand with the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we receive the products. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of the company, dardana.gr undertakes to re-send the courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. In the event that the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the company, then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. From the moment the product leaves you, dardana.gr receives it within 1-3 working days for returns within Greece via a transport company (courier). If you choose to send by post, we cannot receive your return. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it. After the return of the product, and if approved by the Company, the customer is compensated in the full amount either by a corresponding deposit to his bank account, or in another way according to the above.
